John started in Real Estate in 2001 he previously worked for a large corporation with their Quality Engineering Group. John is a Certified Buyer Representative and has helped relocation buyers find the best community to suit his client's needs, supplying them with information on schools and communities to make their decision-making easier. John has helped many first-time homebuyers understand the buying process and helped them find Government programs available such as grants or down payment assistance programs. John has also worked with McDonald Construction for 3 years selling new construction. His background in construction sales and remodeling sales for a total of 8 years is very helpful for buyers or investors looking for a home to remodel or repair. John is also the owner of Silver Rock Custom Homes LLC. and can help his clients with all their new construction needs.
